Another Round of Defendants Sued over “Document and Content Management” Products

Lone Star Document Management, LLC (LSDM) has expanded its sole litigation campaign with cases against Liberty Mutual Holding (Safeco Insurance Company of America) (2:26-cv-00409), Lockheed Martin (2:26-cv-00410), and SER Group Holding International (2:26-cv-00408) in the Eastern District of Texas and Open Text (Micro Focus United States Group) (1:26-cv-01306) and Procore Technologies (1:26-cv-01307) in the Western District of Texas. At issue across the set of complaints is a single patent generally related to “proofing electronic documents delivered over a network”. The defendants are accused of infringement through the provision of their respective “document and content management products”.
