Task Management Campaign Starts with Case Against Samsung

TaskTime Texas LLC has filed its first litigation, suing Samsung (2:26-cv-00436) in the Western District of Texas. The inventor-controlled plaintiff asserts three patents broadly directed to task management technologies. Samsung is accused of infringement through the provision of devices, including smart watches, smartphones, and tablets, that are “pre-configured with Samsung’s Reminder application integrated with Samsung Calendar”.
