Aawaaz Sues Samsung over Familiar Portfolio

In an Eastern District of Texas complaint, Aawaaz Inc. accuses Samsung (2:26-cv-00437) of infringing four former Kirusa patents through the provision of its “smartphones, tablets, galaxy books, watches, laptops, computers, and appliances capable of running Samsung’s Messages application”; “smart devices capable of running interactive applications”; and/or “smartphones and other Samsung devices running Samsung’s Bixby and Samsung’s Galaxy AI”. Former Kirusa patents have appeared in litigation against Samsung before.
