Text Message Marketing Campaign Grows in Second Month

IQX Corp. has filed a second patent case, this one against Salesforce (7:26-cv-00213) in the Western District of Texas. The Wyoming plaintiff asserts four patents broadly related to providing personalized content and/or e-commerce transaction webpages to users who provide their contact information to a third party. Two of them are already in suit, against Intuit in a case that IQX filed in the Eastern District of Texas at the end of April. This campaign targets the provision of “text message marketing systems”.
