Linked Texas Entities Have Procured Patents

On February 1, 2025, Neurala, Inc. assigned six US patents to “Neural Holdings LLC”, an entity that has since changed its name. The portfolio generally relates to robotic control. Its transfer was recorded with the USPTO on May 26, 2026 and subsequently made public. The recipient is the second among a set of Texas LLCs all tied to the same figure, who is no stranger to patent litigation.
