Pacific Coast Marine Windshields filed suit against Malibu Boats, Marine Hardware, Tressmark, and related individuals over a patent related to a hidden mounting system for marine windshields. This case is a transfer from the Middle District of Florida. 9/21, Eastern District of California, 1:2011cv01594.
