New NPE Sues Google, Microsoft, AOL, and Mapquest

Transcenic [NPE] filed suit against Microsoft, Google, Mapquest, and AOL over a patent related to a mapping systems. This is the first suit filed by Transcenic. 7/1, District of Delaware, 1:2011cv00582.
