Motorola Mobility Sues Microsoft

Motorola Mobility filed suit against Microsoft over seven patents related to communications and messaging software. This case is a transfer from the Southern District of Florida. This is just one case in the ongoing struggle between Motorola and Microsoft which includes multiple district court filings and ITC investigations. 8/25, Western District of Washington, 2:2011cv01408.
