Another New Mexico Plaintiff Sticks with West Texas in New Case Against NVIDIA
October 10, 2025
In a Western District of Texas complaint, New Mexico plaintiff Tesseract Systems LLC has accused NVIDIA (7:25-cv-00454) of infringing a single patent broadly directed to “facilitating training in a computer-based neural network”. Targeted is the provision of the NVIDIA PhysicsNeMo framework, which uses “Modulus Sym frameworks to train a neural network using Highway network architecture”. This case is the second in Tesseract’s campaign; the first, filed against The Mitre in April 2025, was dismissed without prejudice after a quiet three months.
