Connected Orange Secures Funding, Sues Google

Connected Orange LLC has filed a Western District of Texas complaint against Alphabet (Google) (7:25-cv-00512) in which the Texas plaintiff asserts five patents originating with either Morpho or Orange. Targeted is the provision of “Android devices, including Pixel phones, which utilize Google Wallet, Google Pay, and/or Google Fast Pair Service, as well as Google Home and Nest devices”. Public records suggest that Connected Orange has secured funding.
