Music Platforms Targeted in Round of East Texas Complaints

DynaMuse LLC, a New Mexico plaintiff, has fired off a round of Eastern District of Texas suits, hitting Access Industries (Deezer) (2:25-cv-01110), IDAGIO (2:25-cv-01111), Mixcloud (2:25-cv-01112), SoundCloud (2:25-cv-01113), and Xandrie (2:25-cv-01114) over the provision of their respective music platforms. The sole asserted patent is generally related to sharing media metadata, with infringement allegations focused on features enabling users to control, organize, and/or upload playback of media items.
