Bluestone Ventures, Inc. has filed a Western District of Texas complaint against Alphabet (Google) (7:25-cv-00569). The plaintiff asserts seven patents generally related to “generat[ing] real-time routes along actual map networks, rather than just plotting raw coordinates”, the complaint targeting the provision of Google Maps. Bluestone Ventures filed a 2021 case against Uber; the suit ended in a dismissal without prejudice within three months of its filing.
