Texas Plaintiff Asserts Patent Acquired from AST in New Networking Campaign

In a pair of Eastern District of Texas complaints, Sulaco Enterprises LLC has accused Check Point Software (2:25-cv-01192) and Fortinet (2:25-cv-01187) of infringing the same patent, described by the plaintiff as related to “API-level intrusion detection for monitoring and analyzing API calls to detect malicious or unauthorized activity”. Each defendant is targeted over support for “API-level intrusion detection and sandboxing capabilities” within various products.
