It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like…Ramey

December 15, 2025

Delaware local counsel Antranig Garibian has confirmed, upon court prompting, that his motion for pro hac vice admission of William P. Ramey, III of Ramey LLP has been withdrawn. Garibian informs Delaware Chief Judge Colm F. Connolly that the withdrawal allows Ramey time to provide Garibian more information, from which he can decide “whether a renewed motion is appropriate”. Ramey has filed a status report in a Northern District of Illinois case in the same campaign, run through plaintiff WirelessWERX IP LLC, that he is lead counsel there, as appears to be true elsewhere, and WirelessWERX IP has yet to file updated disclosures to comply with Judge Connolly’s standing orders. Meanwhile, another plaintiff from this same monetization operation has asked the Federal Circuit to provide clarification of “opaque corporate structure and intellectual property ownership” issues.
