Noteworthy Late 2025 Patent Assignments

2025 has ended, but in its typical fashion, the USPTO will continue to make public assignments recorded last year, probably well into 2026. The latest released batch includes portfolios generally related to the Internet of Things (IoT), wireless communications, RFID tagging, and video signal processing on the move. While some bulk filers appear to have ignored obligations under Delaware Chief Judge Colm F. Connolly’s standing orders, other disclosures made under those orders continue to reveal the scope of funding behind the top bulk filer (by volume, at least).
