AlmondNet Campaign Maintains Regular New Case Filing Pace
Last month, Western District of Texas Judge Alan D. Albright denied a renewed motion for judgment as a matter of law in a case filed by AlmondNet, Inc. against Amazon back in 2021. Judgment based on a $122M jury verdict has been entered, and an appeal is underway. Meanwhile, the plaintiff has added a District of Delaware case against Pinterest (1:26-cv-00082) to this targeted advertising campaign, after hitting Invidi Technologies, Adform, GrowthCode, StackAdapt, Samba TV, Ozone Project, Criteo, Adobe, Media Net Advertising (Media.net Support), Nexstar Media Group (Taboola), AppLovin, and Publicis Groupe (Citrus Ad International, Conversant, Epsilon Data Management) (in that order) throughout the back half of 2025.
