Call Handling Campaign Expands in Delaware

ReadyComm LLC has fired off another round of complaints in the District of Delaware. The New Mexico plaintiff accuses Ericsson (Vonage Holdings) (1:26-cv-00099), OpenPhone Technologies (1:26-cv-00097), and Talkdesk (1:26-cv-00098) of infringing the sole patent-in-suit in this campaign, targeting the provision of telephone communication systems that support features for allowing users to add multiple devices to receive or make phone calls, associate those devices with a user account, and choose whether a device will “ring” or “remain silent”.
