In its sole litigation campaign, IP Investments Group LLC (d/b/a IPinvestments Group) plaintiff DataCloud Technologies, LLC has added separate cases against Advance Publications (Advance Local Media) (1:26-cv-01353) in the District of New Jersey and against Alteryx (1:25-cv-01363), Gentex (VOXX International) (1:26-cv-00027), Moody’s (Moody’s Analytics) (1:26-cv-00154), ServiceNow (1:26-cv-00148), and IAC (Vivian Health) (1:26-cv-00153) in the District of Delaware. DataCloud targets with a portfolio of former Intellectual Ventures LLC (IV) patents the provision of various features on these defendants’ respective websites, although the accused products throughout this campaign span a wider variety of technologies.
