B2B Service Campaign Hits Amazon
Querytron LLC has filed an Eastern District of Texas complaint against Amazon (2:26-cv-00118). Asserted is a single patent generally related to refining Internet search results, the plaintiff targeting the provision of various functionalities within Amazon Business, including searching for products; displaying search results; creating a buyer and/or seller accounts; adding seller information; selecting which seller’s offer to promote for a given item; creating product listings; and displaying seller ratings. Early cases in this campaign, against Alibaba and Fiverr, have been sitting dormant in the same district for over a year.
