Adaptive Avenue Sues Samsung over Webpage Slideshows

Adaptive Avenue Associates, Inc. has added an Eastern District of Texas case against Samsung (2:26-cv-00144) to its sole litigation campaign, which has seen over 30 defendants sued since its launch in June 2016. The inventor-controlled plaintiff asserts two patents generally related to creating and displaying a slideshow of webpages, with Samsung accused of infringement through the provision of its website. At issue is the incorporation of image slideshows.
