Nevada Plaintiff Targets TVs and Streaming Devices in Texas, at the ITC
InnoTV Labs, LLC has filed separate complaints against Hisense (with various subsidiaries) (2:26-cv-00172) and Roku (various Purple Tag subsidiaries) (1:26-cv-00490) in the Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, respectively, as well as a complaint before the International Trade Commission (ITC) naming both as proposed respondents (337-TA-3891). Targeted in the new campaign is the provision of certain LED TVs, smart TVs, streaming devices, and/or related hardware and software components. In the ITC complaint, InnoTV pleads that the domestic industry requirement is satisfied through the activities of its “domestic industry licensee” LG Electronics (LGE).
