Two-Factor Authentication Campaign Spreads

So far this year, SynchroFi LLC has added Delaware cases against BeyondTrust (1:26-cv-00281), Namecheap (1:26-cv-00283), and Palo Alto Networks (CyberArk Software) (1:26-cv-00282) to its sole litigation campaign, as well as a Colorado case against DigitalOcean (1:26-cv-00534) and a Western District of Texas case against X (f/k/a Twitter) (7:26-cv-00044). The plaintiff targets two-factor authentication with a single patent generally related to using a one-time password to authenticate a user at a service provider.
