Texas Litigation over Former Zeno Semiconductor Patent Targets Flash Memory

March 29, 2026

ExactoJoin LLC has filed its first litigation, suing addlink Technology (2:26-cv-00239), Innodisk (2:26-cv-00240), OnePlus (2:26-cv-00241), and Panasonic (2:26-cv-00244) in separate Eastern District of Texas complaints, as well as IBM (7:26-cv-00105) in the Western District of Texas. The New Mexico plaintiff targets the provision of various devices incorporating TLC NAND flash memory, including laptops (Panasonic), MicroSD cards (Innodisk), server storage nodes (IBM), and solid state drives (addlink). The claim chart from the Innodisk case appears to have been mistakenly attached to the OnePlus complaint; thus, the accused products in the latter case have not been identified.
