Payment Systems Campaign Expands Further in March

The first 2026 wave of Induction Devices LLC litigation has grown, the Equitable IP Corporation plaintiff adding separate Eastern District of Texas cases against Bank of America (2:26-cv-00258), Charles Schwab (2:26-cv-00247), Costco Wholesale (2:26-cv-00246), Truist Financial (Truist Bank) (2:26-cv-00248), and Wayfair (2:26-cv-00249). These suits follow complaints filed in the same district earlier in the month against Amazon, First Citizens Bancshares (First Citizens Bank and Trust), First National of Nebraska (First National Bank of Omaha), JP Morgan Chase, Marriott, Regions Financial (Regions Bank), and The TJX Companies.
