As reported elsewhere in this newsletter, Texas plaintiff SpeedNIC LLC has launched a new campaign under the Fortress Investment Group LLC umbrella. Recent activity in that state suggests that more such plaintiffs wait in the wings, as existing such plaintiffs barrel toward 2026 trials across multiple litigation campaigns.
