New NPE Sues Apple over Patent Originating from LG

Operating Systems Solutions [NPE] filed suit against Apple over a patent related to booting a computer system. The MacBook/MacOS is the accused product identified in the complaint. This is the first suit filed by OSS. The patent-in-suit originated with LG Electronics and was subsequently assigned to several LLCs. 8/5, Middle District of Florida, 8:2011cv01754.
